World Status: Sparkling Band
Tarnicia is the last Sparkling Band world to become aware of its place in the multiverse. Less technologically advanced than other Sparkling Band worlds, there are those that look down on Tarnicia as "primitive" or uncivilized. However, Tarnicia produces some of the strongest Essence Wielders of the Sparkling Band, outmatched only by the powerful wielders of Lweej.
Tarnicia's government is structured as a monarchy, with the king in complete control over the kingdom and various lords, ladies, and other nobles
underneath him controlling their own portions of the land.In general, the royalty of Tarnicia are well liked by its citizenry, and the people of Tarnicia feel that they are dealt with fairly. There is a very big difference in the reverence that the people of Tarnicia show to their royalty and the adoration the people of Navtyi show for theirs. However, this difference may be harder to place for those who are not familiar with both locations.
Not very long ago, one of the noble lords of Tarnicia, Lord Dacre, tried to have a coup against the king. The coup was stopped, but the prince was killed in the process. Dacre was exiled from Tarnicia in the aftermath.
