Chandra

It is hard to say who Chandra is, as she is only someone that has been talked about and even then, vaguely. In the shadowpaths, Clio was instructed to seek out Chandra by a mysterious and robotic figure. Katrin also asked Eulalia about Chandra, apparently having heard about her in a message received in the Toybox from Koloman.
